ABOUT THIS FOLD

The Scallop Fold is a recent innovation that takes a lavish leap from its traditional predecessors. It's a sophisticated little number that uniquely pays justice to the soft drape of the fabric. The lines and silhouette of the Scallop Fold are quite curved, so it will add a nice sense of relief to the angled features of your suit!

Pressure Points

As this can be a tricky fold to complete, especially with silk and satin fabrics, you need to make sure you firmly smooth out each pleat as you go. The more care you take in pressing down each fold, the more clear the pocket square will look at the end. The crowning jewel of the Scallop Fold is the clear distinction between the two layers of fabric!

Styling Tips

Unlike some of our other difficult folds, the Scallop Fold can be worn to casually because of its natural curve. The elegant curved features of the pocket square gives it a relaxed feel that you can wear to virtually any occasion. If you want to wear it to a party, just pair it with chinos and a linen or tweed jacket. To fancy it up for formal events, just wear it with your favourite tailored suit and sophistication will be all yours!
