How to Request Deletion of Your Data

When you use Facebook Login to access OTAA, we receive your name and email address from Facebook. If you would like to delete this data from our systems, you can do so in one of two ways:

Option 1: Request directly from us

Send an email to hello@otaa.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Facebook account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Option 2: Remove access via Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find and select OTAA.
  4. Click Remove.

This will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To confirm deletion from our systems, follow up with us at hello@otaa.com.

What data do we store?

When you log in via Facebook, we store only your name and email address for account creation and order communication purposes. We do not store your Facebook password, friends list, or any other Facebook profile data.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
